Seasonal Slow Flow Yoga

A seasonal blend of Yin & Slow Flow Vinyasa yoga which focuses on each of the Five Elements of traditional Chinese medicine – Spring, Summer, Late Summer, Autumn and Winter  
We’ll move through a gentle blend of long held, still, floor-based yin shapes before  moving into a slow flowing sequence of gentle vinyasa yoga.  

Who is this for?

This is an ideal class for those who enjoy a something slightly different to a regular yoga class and is interested in learning how to adapt our movement practice according to the seasons.   

All abilities welcome, please bring a yoga mat if you have one

Join us for a gentle blend of slow flow yoga suitable for ALL levels.
We will move slowly & thoughtfully through a series of floor based poses, supported sequences that may include standing or seated stretches, breathwork & relaxation techniques to balance both mind & body.
This is an inclusive & supported practice where all are welcome, just as you are.

Who is this for?

Ideal for those who are new to yoga, or maybe you’re returning to your mat after a while.  We’ll be using plenty of props, including bricks, yoga belts, cushions & chairs if needed.  There will be plenty of options for adapting to suit YOUR body & helping you to find ease & comfort in your practice. 

Including breathing, mindfulness & relaxation techniques, this class will help to quieten & calm the mind, ease feelings of anxiety & overwhelm, balance hormones & associated symptoms of menopause.
