Join us for a soothing afternoon of yoga, specially tailored to support women through all stages of their menopause journey.

Combining simple sequences of Hatha Yoga, Restorative yoga & breathing techniques, this Mini Retreat is an opportunity for you to take time for yourself to gently stretch your body, calm your mind & soothe your soul. 

Navigating through Menopause, along with managing families, jobs, and often significant life events can sometimes feeling like a lonely & isolating journey, but the intention for this afternoon mini-retreat is for  us to come together in a warm, nurturing,  comforting environment to laugh, embrace and support each other and appreciate and celebrate our incredible feminine selves. 

This is a beginner friendly practice where women at all stages of menopause are welcome.   We’ll gather together and connect with other like-minded women to share our experience of menopause before settling in to a specially adapted yoga practice that can help to manage some of the symptoms of menopause that include –

  • Hot flushes
  • Anxiety & Overwhelm
  • Irritability (meno-rage)
  • Insomnia
  • Tiredness & low energy
  • Lack of focus (brain-fog)
