In addition to the group yoga sessions, I can also offer one to one yoga. This is an ideal way to either start yoga, if you are completely new & perhaps would like to receive individual attention to get you started, if you are struggling to get to regular classes due to lifestyle constraints, if you would like to receive individual attention to further develop your practice or if you have specific needs (see below),
We will work together and create a plan for a yoga practice based on your ability and any specific needs or areas that you wish to focus on. This could be anything from:-
- Improving your flexibility
- Increasing mobility
- Improving range of movement for sports performance
- Reducing stress
- Improving the quality of your sleep
- Back care
- Reducing anxiety and depression
- Improving concentration and focus
You will receive individual attention to ensure that your practice moves at a pace that you are completely comfortable with and your postures and alignment are adjusted and refined to allow you to really see results.
I can travel to the venue of your choice, alternatively, I can arrange a suitable venue within the Horsham area.
