Maybe you find it difficult to get to a regular yoga class, or perhaps you’re just getting started and would like some individual attention to help you feel more confident in your yoga practice.

Working with me on a 1 to 1 basis will help you to really tune in with your yoga practice, build on any basics that you may already have and to get to know your body and find the correct alignment to feel safe in your practice.

How it works …

If you’d like private yoga sessions with me, we'll have a short call to discuss what you want to achieve in your yoga practice.

This conversation will help me understand your goals and needs.

I want to make sure I understand what you want so that I can create the perfect yoga experience for you.

During our call, we can also talk about any questions or concerns you have. I want you to feel confident in choosing me as your yoga teacher.

Once we agree to work together, we'll schedule our sessions based on both of our availabilities and Then we'll start our journey, refining your yoga practice to the best experience for you.

We'll work together to create a practice that aligns with your goals, guiding you towards a more balanced and peaceful state of being.

I'll create a bespoke yoga practice to help you meet any specific goals.

We'll talk in detail beforehand about what you want to achieve, like getting more flexible, getting stronger, reducing stress, or being more mindful.

Focus on Your Alignment

The beauty of a private yoga session is that I can take a close look at your practice and you can tell me what feels comfortable, awkward, good or otherwise.

All bodies are different and we definitely experience changes as we age or live with injuries or conditions.

Your alignment in your yoga practice will be unique to your body and any conditions that you may be living with, and together, we’ll find the right way for you to move through your yoga.

Personal Programmes

No matter what you want to achieve, your yoga practice will involve specific poses and sequences that are suitable for you.

I will assess your posture and recommend adjustments, provide assistance with yoga equipment, and make changes as necessary.

Build Confidence, Strength & Flexibility

Our sessions are designed to help you to feel good about your yoga practice and to give you the confidence that you really know your body’s alignment.

As your practice develops, you’ll likely find that you feel stronger and be able to move with a little more ease.

We’ll work through a variety of poses and sequences that can help mobility and support you through your daily tasks.

Go at your pace

No matter how much experience you have, whether you're just starting out or have been doing yoga for a while, I'm here to help you find what feels comfortable in your practice.

We'll try a variety of different techniques and modify poses so they feel right for you.

Where will we practice?

I have a dedicated yoga space where our practices will be held.

The space is warm, quiet and spacious with a variety of props to support you in your yoga practice.

You may wish to bring your own yoga mat, although I do have mats available.

There is off-road parking available and the address will be provided on booking.

    A single 90 minute session

    I’ll create a bespoke practice just for you.

    We can take a look at your alignment and I’ll support you into getting the best out of your practice.

    If you have any specific needs, concerns regarding any injuries or recovery programmes you might need, we can discuss and then I can support you in your yoga practice.

    And I can advise you on how you can build a home practice that fits with your lifestyle, and offer suggestions on how to take your practice into the right public class for you.

    INVESTMENT FOR ONE PRIVATE 90 MINUTE YOGA SESSION

  • Block of 4 Private Sessions

    Build a consistent practice by booking a block of 4 private yoga sessions.

    Each session is 75 minutes and will be taken over a period of 3 months.

    This is a great opportunity to see progression in your practice and is especially suited to support with mobility and strength following injury or recovery.

    By committing to your regular practice, I’ll support you along the way with helping to improve mobility, increase flexibility and strength and help you to bring tools to aid relaxation that you can incorporate into your daily life.
