SEASONAL SLOW FLOW

Tuesday 6-7pm

Honouring the cycles of nature and the seasons. Combining elements of functional Slow Flow Hatha Yoga, elements of Qi Gong with practices designed specifically to be in tune with the natural energies of the season.

Who is this for?

For those wanting something slightly different to a regular yoga class, learning how to adapt our movement practice according to the seasons.

This class is perfect is you are looking for a slower paced class but want to improve mobility, strength and flexibility for your daily life.

SETTLE IN FOR
YIN YOGA

Friday 5:30-6:30pm

Yin Yoga is a beautifully still style of yoga, where shapes are held for between 3 to 5 minutes. An ideal balance to busy lives and dynamic activities.

Who is this for?

Whether you are totally new to yoga & believe yourself to be ‘not flexible enough for yoga’, or a seasoned sports person, the long held, simple shapes an be adapted for everyone.

BALANCED FLOW

Thursday 7:30-8:30am

Stabilise and strengthen leg and core muscles before moving into Vinyasa flow sequences. A moving practice to energise you ready for the weekend. Moving with intention and purpose, this is a creative blend that is designed to build stability, strength and flexibility.

Who is this for?

If you enjoy a Vinyasa flow class, with purposeful movement. Some yoga experience is an advantage, but not essential as modifications & props are available to assist.
