YIN YOGA & JOURNALING

Join us in the comfort of your own home and settle in for a practice combining Yin Yoga with Journaling to honour the Beltane - the mid point of Spring.
As the weather warms up, the days are getting longer and Spring is in full flourish, this is the perfect time to re-align with your intentions and really set those plans in motion.
I'll guide you into a series of simple Yin Yoga shapes where we'll stay for between 3-5 minutes. Whilst you’re here, you may find space for contemplation and reflection on this season of growth and activity.
I'll layer in some gentle journal prompts during the practice to consider how you might navigate this exciting season ahead.
Yin yoga is a simple practice which is suitable for all experiences, especially those seeking a less dynamic practice, or looking for those deep tissue stretches. All shapes are floor based and supported with props - bolsters, yoga bricks and blankets, or anything that you have available at home.
Camera on or off, you choose. I’ll also send you a gorgeous playlist to accompany your practice.
Can’t make the live? No problem - the practice will be recorded and the link sent to all those signed up.
These seasonal workshops combining Yin Yoga & Journaling are very dear to my heart and I do hope you'll join us.

Join us as we gather together to share a gentle yoga practice, followed by a delicious brunch - a perfect way to ease into your weekend.
We’ll be starting with a gentle blend of Mindful Flow Yoga - a simple practice suitable for all experiences.
Ease away the tensions of your week with some gentle stretches, calming breath work and a soothing relaxation, followed by a delicious hot brunch over at the warm and welcoming Parc Y Bocs cafe. If its warm enough, we may even be able to sit outside in the Spring sunshine!
