Honouring the cycles of nature and the seasons. Combining elements of Yin Yoga, Vinyasa & Qi Gong with practices designed specifically to be in tune with the traditional Chinese medicine Five Elements theory.

Who is this for?

For those wanting something slightly different to a regular yoga class, learning how to adapt our movement practice according to the seasons.

YIN YOGA

Thursday 6-7pm

Yin Yoga is a beautifully still style of yoga, where shapes are held for between 3 to 5 minutes. An ideal balance to busy lives and dynamic activities.

Who is this for?

Whether you are totally new to yoga & believe yourself to be ‘not flexible enough for yoga’, or a seasoned sports person, the long held, simple shapes an be adapted for everyone

BALANCED FLOW

Friday 7:30-8:30am

Stabilise and strengthen leg and core muscles before moving into Vinyasa flow sequences. A moving practice to energise you ready for the weekend. Moving with intention and purpose, this is a creative blend that is designed to build stability, strength and flexibility.

Who is this for?

If you enjoy a Vinyasa flow class, with purposeful movement. Some yoga experience is an advantage, but not essential as modifications & props are available to assist.
