A seasonal blend of Yin & Slow Flow Vinyasa yoga, focusing on each of the Five Elements of traditional Chinese medicine.
We’ll move through a gentle blend of long held, still, floor-based yin shapes before moving into a slow flowing sequence of gentle vinyasa yoga.
Who is this for?
For those wanting something slightly different to a regular yoga class, learning how to adapt our movement practice according to the seasons.
UNWIND FROM YOUR WEEK YIN
Thursday 6.30-7.30pm
Yin Yoga is a beautifully still style of yoga, where shapes are held for between 3 to 5 minutes. An ideal balance to busy lives and dynamic activities.
Who is this for?
Whether you are totally new to yoga & believe yourself to be ‘not flexible enough for yoga’, or a seasoned sports person, the long held, simple shapes an be adapted for everyone
BALANCED FLOW
Saturday 8-9am
Stabilise and strengthen leg and core muscles before moving into Vinyasa flow sequences. A moving practice to energise you ready for the weekend. Moving with intention and purpose, this is a creative blend that is designed to build stability, strength and flexibility.
Who is this for?
If you enjoy a Vinyasa flow class, with purposeful movement. Some yoga experience is an advantage, but not essential as modifications & props are available to assist.
EASY LIKE SUNDAY MORNING
Sunday 9.30-10.30pm
Yin Yoga is suitable for everyone, including beginners – this is a still practice, where the simple shapes are held for between 3 & 5 minutes. Targeting the connective tissues of the body, the stillness allows us space and time to balance both body and mind

The beauty of yin is in its simplicity, so whether you are totally new to yoga & believe yourself to be ‘not flexible enough for yoga’, or a seasoned sports person, the long held, simple shapes an be adapted for everyone.
