Yin Yoga is suitable for everyone, including beginners – this is a still practice, where the simple shapes are held for between 3 & 5 minutes. Targeting the connective tissues of the body, the stillness allows us space and time to balance both body and mind.
The beauty of yin is in its simplicity, so whether you are totally new to yoga & believe yourself to be ‘not flexible enough for yoga’, or a seasoned sports person, the long held, simple shapes an be adapted for everyone.
